Frédéric Germanier

Frédéric Germanier is the Director of Gestion at Patek Philippe, where they manage cross-functional activities and multidisciplinary resources, overseeing aspects such as product quality, project management, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this role, Frédéric worked as a Project Manager at Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd and as an Engineer in R&D at ETA SA within the Swatch Group. Frédéric holds an ETS Engineer Diploma in Micro Technic from Geneva Engineer School and dual Executive MBAs from Haute École de Gestion, Neuchâtel, and Université de Neuchâtel. Additionally, Frédéric pursued further education in company management at CRPM.
