Sibatosh Debnath

Sibatosh Debnath has extensive experience in engineering management, particularly within the hydro power sector. Over a 12-year tenure at Patel Engineering Ltd, Sibatosh held multiple senior roles, including Sr. Vice President of Design and Engineering, overseeing engineering solutions and project design. Additional responsibilities included engineering management and claim formulation. Subsequently, Sibatosh served as Chief Executive Officer at HCC from January 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience also includes the role of Chief Technology Officer at Dirang Energy Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to April 2020. Sibatosh holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from NIT Srinagar and completed Pre University studies in Civil Engineering at St Edmunds.
