Carol Conner

Carol Conner is currently serving as the Chief Drainage Engineer at Patel, Greene & Associates, LLC (PGA). Previously, Carol held positions such as Senior Drainage Engineer at AECOM, Math Teacher at both Hillsborough County Public Schools and Orange County Public Schools, and Executive Vice President at MSCW. Carol has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from the University of Central Florida.
