Chelsea A.

Chelsea A. is an experienced instructional designer and musician, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Multimedia Designer at Patelco Credit Union since January 2017, where Chelsea designed a comprehensive training program for the rollout of Small Business Banking. In addition to this role, Chelsea has been an independent singer-songwriter and performing musician since 2001, releasing the album “Big Little Dream” in 2021 and the single “Love Letters” in 2022. Chelsea has also worked as a music teacher and held various instructional design roles at Genentech, Qualcomm, and other organizations, focusing on course development and collaboration with subject matter experts. Chelsea holds an MA in Education - Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Communication Design, Instructional Technology from California State University, Chico.
