Flora Nafei

Flora Nafei, CUDE, has extensive experience in the credit union and banking industry. Flora has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In their most recent position as the Executive Director of Credit Union Affairs at Patelco Credit Union, Flora is responsible for overseeing the credit union's affairs. Prior to that, they served as the VP-Sales and Member Service at Patelco Credit Union, where they led multiple retail sales and delivery channels. Flora also worked at 1st United Credit Union as the SVP-Sales & Business Development, where they were responsible for growing retail sales and business development. Flora started their career at Wells Fargo as the SVP-Retail Delivery, overseeing the performance and profitability of multiple financial centers. Flora has a strong background in strategic planning, sales management, and leadership development.

Flora Nafei, CUDE, has a BA degree in Mathematics/Marketing from Kean University. Flora also holds a certification in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University - East Bay. In 2019, Flora obtained the Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) certification from the National Credit Union Foundation.
