Kaustubh Sarnaik is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in the financial and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Patelco Credit Union since July 2021, Kaustubh previously held managerial and analytical roles at Aktana, AT&T, and BNSF Railway, where significant contributions included the development of a real-time BI reporting solution and a predictive model for train wheel failure. Academic contributions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University and practical data management experience at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center further enhance Kaustubh's skill set. Kaustubh holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Texas Tech University and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
