Mya Ngo

Mya Ngo has a diverse work experience in various credit unions and a bank. Mya started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2003 as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Mya then joined KeyPoint Credit Union in 2010, initially working as an Account Operations Analyst, handling debit card fraud and disputes, and later transitioning to the role of Mortgage Loan Closer. In 2016, they joined Technology Credit Union as a Central Operations Specialist II. Finally, in 2017, they joined Patelco Credit Union, where they worked as a Payment Operations Analyst before being promoted to the role of Payment Operations Team Lead in August 2020.

Mya Ngo attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and has an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from De Anza College.
