Patricia Villaflores

Patricia Villaflores has worked in various roles since 2008. Patricia began their career at TeleTech Philippines as a Customer Service Representative (Voice and Non-Voice), where they were responsible for chatting or speaking with customers in order to provide information about products and services, resolving customers' service or billing complaints and helping customers troubleshoot issues they encounter with their internet, cable services. In 2013, they joined SPi CRM as an Email and Chat Support Specialist, where they were responsible for customer inquiries, issues, and needs received via email and chat, verifying pricing and product specifications, and using selling strategies to exceed productivity goals. In 2016, Patricia began working at Patexia, where they held three roles: Data Analyst Manager, Associate, Client Solutions, and Community Marketing Assistant. Additionally, in 2016, they joined RareJob Philippines, Inc. as an ESL Tutor.

Patricia Villaflores obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Silliman University in 2002, having started their studies there in 1998.
