Jessica Varela Correa holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Management from Gwynedd Mercy University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Leadership Development from Penn State University, completing it from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Penn State University between 2014 and 2016.
In 2017 and 2018, Jessica attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business to pursue a Leading for Change Fellowship in Leadership in Public Service. Jessica then obtained a Project Management Certificate from Penn State University from 2018 to 2019.
Jessica further augmented their education by obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Penn State University in 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma certification from Penn State Great Valley in 2022, further expanding their expertise.
