Jamie Harris has extensive experience in the human resources and quality assurance sectors, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist at Path Forward of Kentucky since November 2011. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, conducting background checks, tracking paperwork deadlines, and organizing new hire training. Previously, Jamie held roles as a Billing Specialist, managing paperwork and Medicaid billing, and as a Direct Support Professional, assisting consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving community goals. Additionally, Jamie briefly worked as a Compliance Manager at The PrinceCare Group in early 2022. Jamie holds a Human Resources Certificate from Ivy Tech Community College, obtained between 2015 and 2017, and graduated from Salem High School in 1994.

Path Forward of Kentucky
Path Forward of Kentucky provides Supported Employment, Job Coaching, Respite, Family Home Providers and Community living supports for children and/or adults with disabilities. We serve individuals on SCL, MP, and ABI Medicaid Waivers. We are also an Employment Network for the Ticket to Work program and have a Certified CWIC benefit counselor on staff. Path Forward has a school age based program funded through the Office Of Vocational Rehabilitation called Pre-Ets which is a pre-employment transitional service and education program.
