Hara Bayissa, MBA, is a Program Manager at PATH International with experience in architecture and investment analysis. During their time at United Nations Foundation, they worked as a Private Sector & Investment Analyst, producing due diligence reports and leading partner-facing conversations. At HDR, Hara was an Architectural Project Coordinator and Interior Design Coordinator, contributing to healthcare facility design guidelines and managing change orders. They also served as a Student Teaching Assistant at Addis Ababa University. Hara holds a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Addis Ababa University.

PATH International
At PATH International, we work to rescue and restore the lives of orphaned children in Uganda and Ethiopia. We partner with families, churches and communities to address vulnerabilities and find solutions to stop problems at the source. Our orphan care program takes the whole child into account, and we provide both residential care, and community based care. We currently have over 730 children in our program.
