CYRIL MABINGO

Cyril Mabingo is currently the Director of Finance and Operations at PATH, where they manage operations and finances for the DRC office, overseeing various teams including Finance, Operations, and Human Resources. With 18 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, they have held progressively responsible roles, including National Procurement Manager and Operations and Finance Director for significant USAID projects. Cyril holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Goma and a MiniMaster in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. They are also fluent in French and Swahili, with advanced proficiency in English and Lingala.
