Dr. Donald Apat is a medical doctor and public health specialist with over 14 years of experience in malaria control and elimination. Having served in various roles including Medical Officer at the Ministry of Health in Kenya and Programme Manager for the Global Fund Malaria at AMREF, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving global health outcomes. Currently, Dr. Apat is the Chief of Party for the PMI REACH Malaria project at PATH and engages with multiple working groups focused on malaria case management and prevention.
