Reinhard Ranji

Reinhard Ranji is an experienced recruiter and human resource professional currently leading recruitment efforts for PATH in the East Africa region, focusing on projects funded by major donors. Reinhard co-leads the "Able at PATH" initiative, promoting disability inclusion within the organization. Previous experience includes roles at Microsoft as a recruiter for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, where Reinhard managed talent acquisition for engineering and data center positions, as well as strategic HR management positions at Digital Divide Data and Sheer Logic Management Consultants. Reinhard holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
