Chad Shumway

Chad Shumway is an accomplished professional in operations and program management, currently serving as the Sr. Program Manager for Materials at Path Robotics since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Director of Operations & Quality at Sagetech Avionics, Inc. from May 2024 to July 2025. From July 2018 to July 2023, Chad was the Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement at Trillium Engineering. Chad's extensive experience at OMNOVA spanned from 2008 to May 2018, where roles included Production Manager - Pilot Plant, Associate Process Engineer, Senior Project Coordinator, Production and Quality Manager, and Senior Laboratory and Production Technician. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kent State University.
