Ellen Gagne

Ellen Gagne is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and supportive housing, currently serving as the Associate Director of Permanent Supportive Housing at PATH since May 2020, where responsibilities include managing supportive housing programs and providing intensive case management for individuals with chronic homelessness. Previously, Gagne worked at Public Health Solutions as a Clinical Case Manager, delivering intensive case management to clients with serious mental illness and HIV/AIDS.
