Justin McCarthy

Justin McCarthy is an experienced sales leader in the medical technology and diagnostics sectors with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Head of Americas Commercial, Digital Diagnostics at PathAI since April 2025, McCarthy previously held the role of Head of US Sales at Ibex Medical Analytics, focusing on artificial intelligence for digital pathology. Earlier positions include Vice President of Sales at Azra AI and various roles at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included leading national accounts for the Flexible Robotics division. McCarthy's background also includes key sales leadership roles at Zimmer Biomet Robotics and Avatar Solutions, where expertise in consultative sales and patient experience was developed. Recognized for outstanding performance at BrainLAB, McCarthy received multiple President's Club honors and was named Sales Rep of the Year in 2012. McCarthy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.
