Louka Bot

Louka Bot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and social support. Currently serving as a Recruitment Advisor and Corporate Recruiter at Pathé Theatres B.V. since April 2015, Louka has developed a strong background in talent acquisition. Prior experience includes coordinating educational programs at Hogeschool van Amsterdam for first and second-year students and providing client support for marginalized individuals at MEE Amstel en Zaan. Additionally, Louka contributed to social initiatives through peer education at Stichting Kikid and maintained supportive relationships with individuals facing psychiatric challenges at De Regenboog Groep. Louka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2012 and 2016.
