Jeremy Schultz

Jeremy Schultz is an experienced executive and board member with a robust background in SaaS and sales organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at PathFactory and an Independent Board Advisor at SHOWX and Optevo, Schultz focuses on strategic guidance, commercial strategy, and operational efficiency. Previously, as CEO of Uberflip, Schultz led a significant transformation that culminated in a successful acquisition by PathFactory. During tenure at Modus, Schultz accomplished over 30% year-over-year growth and high retention rates, also resulting in a successful exit. Additional roles include Vice President of Commercial Sales at Salesforce and a value creation consultant for various organizations. Schultz is an active chairperson of the Concerts for Cancer Foundation's Board and is a founding member of the Sales Enablement Society. Education includes a degree from Northern Illinois University.
