Venk Chandran is the Chief Product Officer at PathFactory. Venk has over 25 years of experience in product management and has held various leadership positions at Salesforce, where they worked for over 15 years. Venk has been instrumental in making Salesforce's Sales Cloud the #1 CRM globally. Venk has also led the Global Business Value Applications for Sales Cloud & Customer Success, and owned the Self-Service Customer Experience for Success Plan Products. Some of their key achievements include delivering Y/Y revenue growth of Success Plan products, continued decrease in attrition, reducing the Cost to book (CAC), and optimizing margins.

Venk Chandran has a background in psychology and business. Venk attended the University of Guelph for their undergraduate degree and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for their graduate degree. Venk also has various certifications from Forrester and Pragmatic Marketing.
