Dria James is a seasoned People leader and workplace strategist with over a decade of experience in talent management, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as the Partner & Senior Talent/DEI Strategist at Pathfinder, Dria focuses on transforming organizations into inclusive and high-performing workplaces. As the Founder & CEO of Black In Diversity, Dria empowers leaders and organizations through coaching, consulting, and community building. Previously, Dria held key roles at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs, where they played critical roles in shaping DEI initiatives and talent strategies. Dria's education includes a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, anticipated in 2025.
