Trier Bryant is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across multiple industries. As the founder of Pathfinder since 2016, Trier employs an inclusive, action-focused approach to effectively address complex challenges in team dynamics. In addition to founding Radical Respect, which promotes respectful workplace environments, Trier has served on the boards of Athena SPACs, Campaign Zero, and Black Women On Boards, advocating for women's representation and social justice. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Astra, VP of People & Workplace Experience at SigFig, and leadership positions at Alloy Therapeutics and its venture studio, 82VS. Trier holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
