Paloma Sarkar

Paloma Sarkar has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Paloma started their career in 2011 at Pathfinder Bank as a Loan Operations Analyst, where they gained experience in managing loan operations. Paloma then progressed to the role of Assistant Vice President Credit Risk Analyst, where they analyzed credit risk to support decision-making processes.

In 2016, Paloma was promoted to Vice President Credit Risk Management, where they played a key role in managing and mitigating credit risk within the organization. Paloma held this position until 2019.
