Jessica Hemmer

Jessica Hemmer is an experienced professional in nonprofit administration, currently serving as a Global Award Manager at Pathfinder International since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Contract Officer at ThinkWell from May 2018 to January 2021 and held various positions at Management Sciences for Health, Inc., including Contract Officer, Contract Specialist, Contract Budget Analyst, and Senior Program Assistant from June 2003 to May 2018. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree from Babson College.
