Shahin Akter

Shahin Akter is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Winrock International and Pathfinder International since April and May 2024, respectively. Previously, Shahin held the position of Manager HR at CARE Bangladesh from September 2019 to April 2023 and served as Assistant Manager HR at NIPA Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from August 2018 to September 2019. Shahin's career began at the Centre For the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed, progressing from HR Officer to Ex-HR Officer at Marie Stopes Bangladesh. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management and a Master of Social Science in Public Administration from Dhaka University.
