Michelle Banks

Michelle Banks is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Pathfinder Services. Michelle has dedicated their career to helping others and promoting equality. Michelle previously worked as the Sr Revenue Manager at Mintel from September 2005 to September 2017. There, they were responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Revenue Department, coaching team members, executing projects, and preparing variance analyses. Michelle also worked with Business Unit Managers to prepare explanations for YTD Actual and YTD Forecast for revenue, costs, and margins. Prior to their work at Mintel, they were the Chief Financial Officer at the YWCA Northeast Indiana from November 2017 to June 2021. At the YWCA, they were dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Michelle served the community through many programs, including a shelter for survivors of Domestic Violence, a residential facility for Addictions Treatment, therapy for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Education about Domestic Violence, and Racial Justice.

Michelle Banks has a BS in Management from Purdue University. Michelle is certified as a Certified Management Accountant from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.

Michelle Banks reports to Danielle Tips, President & CEO. They work with Sheryl Cline - Executive Assistant, Chris Kauffman - Chief Strategy Officer, and Carrie Blackham - Chief Community Impact Officer.
