Management Team

The Management Team at Pathfinder Village is tasked with overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the community, ensuring it delivers innovative residential, educational, vocational, and enrichment programs for individuals with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. This team coordinates with various stakeholders, including staff, community supporters, and families, to maintain and enhance the quality of life for residents and students. They also drive fundraising initiatives and manage outreach efforts to support the Village’s mission and sustainability.
