Amy Allen

Amy Allen is the Director of Employee Development at Pathfinders. Prior to their current position, Amy worked as a Business Development/Sales Support Coordinator for ReminderMedia from April 2009 to April 2011. In their previous role, Amy was responsible for management, support, recruiting, and maintaining a custom CRM program. Amy is skilled in coordinating sales appointments, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and preparing marketing samples. Her experience has equipped their with the knowledge and ability to successfully develop and implement systems that improve communication and training. Amy is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing quality support and guidance to their colleagues.

Amy Allen has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

They are on a team with Ashley Kamerling - Operations Manager, Andrew Izzi - Director Business Development. Amy Allen reports to Keenan Goggin, Chief Executive Officer.
