Liz Rainone

Liz Rainone, SPHR has extensive experience in employee relations and development, currently serving as the Director of Employment and Employee Development at the Rhode Island School of Design since September 2012. In this role, Liz promotes both employee and organizational development while overseeing employment functions such as staffing strategies, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and the creation of management tools and learning initiatives. Prior to this position, Liz held the role of Director of Employee Relations at the Rhode Island School of Design from 2006 to 2009 and served as Employee Relations Manager at FleetBoston Financial Corporation from 1981 to 2005. Liz Rainone earned a degree from Bryant University between 1981 and 1985.
