Rebekah Chovanec

Rebekah Chovanec possesses a diverse background in social work and childcare, with significant experience in various supportive roles. Currently serving as a Shelter Monitor for Arlington Street People's Assistance Network since May 2017, Rebekah has previously worked as a Social Work Intern at MONTGOMERY COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY and Little Sisters of the Poor. Rebekah also facilitated the SEPT program for CASA of the Pikes Peak Region, focusing on creating healthy familial relationships in sensitive situations. Early career experience includes roles as a Childcare Provider, Bartender, Special Education Teacher's Assistant, and Teacher Assistant across different educational and service settings. Rebekah holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
