Scott Miller

Scott Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott has worked at PathForward since 2014, starting as the Senior Director of Development and currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Events. In this position, they are responsible for leading community outreach and public awareness efforts at A-SPAN.

Prior to their current role, Scott worked as the Treasurer at Arlington County CCA Towers Park from 2009. Scott also served as a Committee Member and Ambassador at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2022. Scott was a Membership Director on the Board of Directors at CAGLCC from 2010 to 2016.

In terms of their banking experience, Scott worked at EagleBank as a Business Relationship Manager from 2011 to 2014. Scott was responsible for targeting and capturing new business customers and commercial loan opportunities in the Arlington community. Prior to EagleBank, Scott served as the Chief Residential Loan Officer at First Citizens Mortgage Company from 1986 to 1990.

Scott's experience in association management includes working at the North American Packaging Association from 1991 to 2010. Scott held various roles, including Executive Director and Chief Development Officer, Executive Vice President, and Marketing and Membership Services Director. In these capacities, Scott focused on growing the association's membership base, introducing new marketing initiatives, and forging strategic alliances.

Before their association work, Scott was a Territory Membership Manager at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) from 1990 to 1991. Scott also started their career as a Legislative Staff Assistant for the United States Senate in 1985.

Scott Miller attended Bethany College from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Marketing.
