Katie M. Starkey

Katie M. Starkey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HRIS at PathGroup since August 2015. Prior experience includes roles such as Budget & Administrative Services Manager for the City of Naperville from December 2013 to August 2015, Assistant Township Administrator (HR Director) at Hanover Township from May 2010 to December 2013, and Management Analyst for the Village of Lyons from May 2007 to May 2010. Katie holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a focus on Strategic Management and Leadership from Northern Illinois University, completed in 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology and Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas, earned in 2007.
