McKenzie Perez

McKenzie Perez, Ed.D, serves as the Head of Human Resources at Pathify, focusing on transforming the higher education digital ecosystem. In addition, McKenzie holds a fractional role as Chief People Officer at NextCar Rental, driving recruitment and talent development strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of People Operations at Maxwell, where oversight of mergers and acquisitions ensured cultural alignment, and as Vice President of People at both Fortidia and PostNet International Franchise Corporation. Academic roles include teaching management and human resources courses at Regis University and the University of Phoenix. McKenzie earned an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Argosy University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino.
