Megan Kratzman has had a successful career in marketing and demand generation. Megan began their career in 2012 as Senior Manager of Inbound & Demand Marketing at Convercent, where they were responsible for creating, managing, and accelerating demand and lead generation programs that drove $4 million in annual revenue. In 2015, they moved to Net-Results Marketing Automation as Director of Digital Marketing, where they redeveloped the digital and marketing communications strategy and created cross-channel digital marketing programs. This resulted in a 700% increase in qualified lead flow within 3 months at 65% of budget. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Revenue Marketing at FullContact Inc., where they developed the company's first account based marketing strategy resulting in penetration of 85% of target accounts. In 2019, they became Director of Demand Generation at Pana, where they increased opportunities generated by the SDR team by 190% in 6 weeks. Megan also held roles at Denver Startup Week as Growth Track Assistant Chair, RevGenius as Member, Chowbotics as Demand Gen & Marketing Ops, and Revenue Collective as Associate. Currently, they are Head of Growth Marketing and Demand Generation at Pathify, where they are working to change the way we think about the higher ed digital ecosystem by delivering a dynamic, personalized, and centralized experience to every user on any device.

Megan Kratzman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Religious Studies from Arizona State University. Megan also has obtained certifications in CustomerCentric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling in July 2022, and certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in May 2021.
