Vikas Bajpai

Vikas Bajpai is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as Senior Manager Learning Development at Pathkind Labs since July 2022. In this role, Vikas is responsible for training needs analysis, managing overall training processes, and overseeing various training formats including on-the-job training, refresher sessions, and induction programs, as well as executing national campaigns. Prior to this, Vikas held positions at Martin & Harris Laboratories Ltd as Deputy Manager Training and at Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd as Area Sales Manager, leading a sales team in Uttar Pradesh. Additional experience includes a role as District Sales Manager at Galderma and Manager-H.R. at Cipla Ltd., involving recruitment and business development. Vikas holds an ISTD Diploma for Training & Development and a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from BND PG College Kanpur.
