Marcia Morris-Leasard

Marcia Morris-Leasard (Rackliffe) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marcia currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pathlight since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ServiceNet for over a decade, starting as a Program Director in March 2010 and progressing to various roles including Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations and Systems Management, and eventually becoming the Head of Operations in December 2019. Before joining ServiceNet, Marcia worked at Brightside For Families and Children for 10 years as an Education Supervisor, where they gained experience working with different groups of individuals, including latency-aged girls, latency reactive boys, and adolescent male offenders.

Marcia Morris-Leasard (Rackliffe) obtained their Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Holyoke Community College between 1999 and 2002. Marcia further pursued their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Management with a focus on Criminal Justice from 2007 to 2010.
