Jay Ferris has over 35 years of experience in sales, beginning with MCI Telecommunications in 1985 as a Sales Representative. In 1988 they moved to Medtronic, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager selling Electronic Muscle Stimulators and T.E.N. Jay then moved to Thermoscan, Inc. in 1991, serving as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for selling into and managing a Medical Distributor network. In 1995 they moved to CardioDynamics, where they served as a Regional Manager managing a Sales team in the South Central U.S. selling non-invasive Hemodynamics Monitoring technology. In 1998 they moved to PeopleSoft, where they served as a Senior Account Executive. Jay then moved to SAP in 2004, where they served as a Strategic HCM Account Executive. In 2007 they moved to Oracle, where they served as a Senior Enterprise HCM Transformation Manager. In 2013 they moved to SAP SuccessFactors, where they served as a Strategic HCM Account Executive working with CHROs and their teams to strategize and plan the best way to leverage state-of-the-art SaaS and Cloud solutions. In 2017 they moved to Appsian, where they served as an Executive Sales Director for the PeopleSoft Division, an Executive Director of Commercial Accounts in the Southern and Western Regions of the U.S. and Latin America, and a Director of Enterprise Sales. Jay is currently employed at Pathlock, where they serve as an Executive Sales Director.
Jay Ferris attended the University of North Texas from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BBA in Corporate Finance with a focus in Business - Finance.
