Navya Suresh

Navya Suresh has been working in the accounts receivable field since 2016. Navya began their career at EFI as a Sr. Credit & Collections Analyst, where they were responsible for invoicing and billing clients, monitoring and reconciling accounts, and researching and liaising with sales ops, finance, business units and clients to resolve unapplied payments and deductions. In 2017, they moved to LinkedIn as a Billing Support Specialist, where they handled inquiries of the billing support queue, supported all invoicing and billing support functions for external and internal customers, and ensured deliverables were met per defined targets and SLAs for nonstrategic clients. In 2019, they joined Appsian (a Pathlock company) as an Accounts Receivable Lead. Navya currently holds this role at Pathlock, which they joined in 2022.

Navya Suresh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from BMS Institute of Technology and Management.
