Piyush Pandey

Piyush Pandey has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and software industry. In 1998, they started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Piyush then moved to VIS, a 3G wireless software startup, in 2001 as a Business Development and Engineering professional. In 2005, they joined Deutsche Bank and KeyBank as an Investment Banking Associate, where they advised software and Internet companies on strategic initiatives such as Mergers, Acquisitions, and Capital Raise transactions. In 2008, they moved to Stifel Nicolaus Weisel / Morgan Joseph TriArtisan as a Vice President - Investment Banking, where they advised software companies on strategic initiatives such as Mergers, Acquisitions, and Capital Raise transactions. In 2013, they joined Sandvine as a Corporate Development and Operations professional. In 2016, they joined Appsian as the CEO, where they protected ERP data at a Field/Transaction-Level and took control of ERP applications. In 2020, they joined Echosec Systems as a Member of the Board of Directors. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Pathlock.

Piyush Pandey received their MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned their BS in Electronics from Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE) between 1994 and 1998.
