Rayco Batista Diaz

Rayco Batista Diaz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Researcher at Universidad de La Laguna. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder and CTO of bemapp, and also participated in the Altavista Ventures' Olympo Boxes 2012 - Startup Accelerator Program. Rayco then joined Arithon as a Developer in 2013 and later moved to Tempbuddy as a Lead Developer in 2014. From 2017 to 2018, Rayco worked at Workday as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Following that, they worked at Calis as a Principal Consultant from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Rayco became a Co-Founder and CEO of Pathmonk.

Rayco Batista Diaz has an extensive education history in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence. Rayco is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at Universidad de La Laguna, which they started in 2022.

Before their PhD, Rayco completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2012 to 2013. Rayco'sMaster's Degree focused on network security, web distributed applications, and digital content.

Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidad de La Laguna, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Before their master's degree, they completed a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the same university from 2007 to 2010.

In 2016, Rayco pursued a specialization in Data Science at the Johns Hopkins University School of Education, which they completed in 2017.

Along with their academic qualifications, Rayco has also obtained additional certifications. Rayco completed the Y Combinator Startup School in 2019 and holds certifications in PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER from Scrum.org, Data Science Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates, and Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates.
