Déborah MANZA MIANZA has been working in the field of bioinformatics since 2017. Déborah began their career at Institut Curie, where they sought for micro RNAs involved in human bladder cancer. In 2018, they joined INRAE as a Project Engineer in Bioinformatics, where they participated and coordinated between different laboratories on Chromosome Dynamics projects, and studied the epigenetic mechanisms involved in sex determinism in melon. In the same year, they also worked at Inra - Institut national de la recherche agronomique (France) as a Prediction of non-coding RNAs involved in plant sexual differenciation. In 2021, they joined PathoQuest as an Ingénieure Bio IT. Prior to this, in 2014, they were a Building Caretaker at PARIS HABITAT - OPH for a fixed-term contract of 3 weeks, where they managed private companies involved in the current maintenance of the patrimony, the supervision and security of the patrimony, and the technical maintenance and rental management.

Déborah MANZA MIANZA obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique in Spécialité Sciences de la Vie et de la Terre from Lycée Polyvalent Honoré de Balzac in 2012. Déborah then attended Université Paris Cité for Medical School from 2012-2013. From 2013-2016, they attended Université d'Évry and earned their Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics. In 2015, they obtained their Certificat Informatique et Internet. Finally, from 2016-2018, they attended Université Paris-Saclay, where they earned their Master GENIOMHE (Genomic Informatics and Mathematics for Health and Environment).
