Britt McPartland, SHRM-SCP

Britt McPartland, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Britt currently holds the position of Senior Director of People and Site Operations at Pathos since May 2023. Before joining Pathos, Britt worked at Known Medicine as the Senior Director of People and Site Operations from October 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Human Capital Director at WSRP, LLC from July 2020 to October 2021.

Britt also has experience in the biotech industry, where they worked at Recursion Pharmaceuticals. Britt held the position of Director of Human Resources from September 2016 to July 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their academic achievements, Britt McPartland also holds a certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in December 2017.
