Morganna Nickoff

Morganna Nickoff is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand marketing, strategy, and mentorship. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Brand at Bitly, Morganna leads brand marketing and creative campaigns, contributing to the company's growth beyond $100M ARR. As a Marketing Mentor at Pathrise, Morganna coaches early- and mid-career marketers. In addition, Morganna co-founded Magic Mushroom Surfboards, overseeing all marketing efforts and successfully launching the brand. Previous roles include Marketing Director at Brainrider, Head of B2B Marketing for the Americas at Guinness World Records, and Digital Strategy Manager at CFM International. Morganna holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business & Marketing and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Washington, with additional language immersion experiences in Spain and Taiwan.
