Susan Boss is a seasoned leader in housing and community development with over 25 years of experience across New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Puerto Rico. They have held various positions at PathStone Corporation, culminating in their role as Senior Vice President, where they currently oversee multiple housing programs and manage significant funding sources and personnel. Susan has a robust background in nonprofit financial management, strategic planning, and grant writing, alongside direct experience in housing counseling and homeless services. Key accomplishments include leading the successful 2013 affiliation of The Housing Council with PathStone Corporation and guiding the HUD Housing Counseling Certification process. They are actively pursuing degrees in Business, Management and Economics, as well as Real Estate Salesperson at Empire State University and Genesee Community College.
