PathStone is a Rochester, NY based non-profit community development and human services organization, that provides services to low-income families and economically distressed communities throughout Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, Delaware and Puerto Rico. It is a NeighborWorks America Chartered Organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). 

Mission: PathStone builds family and individual self-sufficiency by strengthening farmworker, rural and urban communities. PathStone promotes social justice through programs and advocacy.
