Angela Ralston

Angela Ralston has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Angela began their career at Bank of the West as a Research & Information Specialist and Marketing/Communications Intern. Angela then joined North Dakota State University as an Associate Director of Operations & Promotions, where they managed building operations, marketing, and promotions efforts. Angela then moved to U.S. Bank, where they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President, Senior Product Development Manager, Vice President, Emerging Payments Strategist, and Vice President, Consumer Prepaid Group Product Manager. At U.S. Bank, they were responsible for new product development, strategic enhancements, and overseeing the suite of consumer prepaid products. Angela is currently working at Pathward as Vice President, BaaS Product Strategy & Marketing. Angela has also held the positions of Vice President, Client Success, and Vice President, Product Management & Delivery at Pathward. In these roles, they led teams and managed the program management, growth, and strategic relationships with financial institutions and vendors.

Angela Ralston earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Business from North Dakota State University, which they completed between 1996 and 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the same university, completing it from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they have acquired several additional certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Unconscious Bias" in December 2020 also from LinkedIn, and "Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Three (PMC-III)" from Pragmatic Marketing in July 2016.
