Chris McClafferty-Helley

Chris McClafferty-Helley serves as the Revenue Diligence Program Director at Pathward since May 2025, focusing on designing and optimizing credit programs within regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank. Prior to this role, Chris held various compliance positions at Hatch Bank, including BSA Officer and Compliance Manager, and contributed to consumer compliance and third-party oversight. At First Tech Federal Credit Union, Chris served as a Sr. Compliance Officer, implementing independent regulatory oversight and developing a Fair Lending monitoring program.
