Jaris Fritz, CRCM, has extensive work experience in the field of risk and compliance. Jaris currently holds the position of VP Risk - Compliance at Pathward since October 2022. Prior to that, Jaris worked at MetaBank for several years, starting as a Compliance Analyst in August 2011 and progressively advancing to the roles of Senior Compliance Analyst and Compliance Director. Additionally, Jaris also worked as an Associate National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from June 2010 to August 2011.

Jaris Fritz, CRCM, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Augustana University (SD) from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Jaris has obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification from the American Bankers Association.
