Darby Chang Schoenfeld

Darby Chang Schoenfeld, CPA, currently serves as SVP, Chief of Staff and Investor Relations at Pathward since February 2023, with prior experience as VP of Investor Relations at Somatus and PRA Group. At PRA Group, Darby held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations from April 2014 to October 2021. Earlier roles include Director of Investor Relations at Liberty Tax Service, where an investor relations program was established post-IPO, and at AMERIGROUP Corporation, where overall IR strategy was implemented and day-to-day operations managed. Additional experience includes working as a Securities Analyst and Business Development Manager in various organizations. Darby holds an MBA from William & Mary and a BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
