Gerald Sherman

Gerald Sherman founded the predecessor to Pathway Advisors after leaving the Shawmut Bank of Boston where he was a lending officer in the bank's asset-based lending group and he was also an officer of Shawmut Credit Corp., Shawmut's financial company subsidiary. Pathway Advisors specializes in loan workout and sell-side transactions for company's experiencing financial challenges. He has been a lecturer for the Risk Management Association, The MA Bankers Association and the Babson College MBA program. Gerry is also an active author, his articles have been published in Commercial Lending Review, The Secured Lender and Family Business. Magazine.
